What does Judd Hoffman say AI should do for realtors?
Judd Hoffman of Ethica AI says agents should sell and let AI do everything else, and that in any profession, AI can become your personal assistant. While he sat for an hour-long podcast, his Codex was looking at everything for him, ready to buzz and tell him what to do. He says it gives him back his hour and lets him sit at dinner without looking at his phone, because he knows it is being taken care of.
