This is a clip from an episode of Fargo Talks where I asked Tahverlee Anglen a simple question. What is the most impactful way someone takes their life in their own direction and improves it.

Her answer stopped me. She did not talk about mindset hacks, productivity, or motivation. She talked about the body.

We talked about how people, especially women, learn to disconnect from their bodies over time. Control, conditioning, pressure, and distraction create distance from the first place wisdom shows up. Men experience this differently, but the starting point stays the same.

Put the devices down. Sit in stillness. Spend time in nature. Pay attention to what you feel, sense, and notice internally. No shortcuts. No formula. No quick fix.

Direction starts with presence. Improvement starts with listening. This takes practice, not optimization.
