Replace ‘Checking In’ With a Personalized AI Cheat Sheet

"Checking in. How are you doing?" I don't send that follow-up. Don't do that.

Here is what I send instead. A cheat sheet built for them: whatever AI they use, Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity, and which version to use for each task in their job. If they're paying for more horsepower than the task needs, the sheet shows them where to dial it down. Do the same for your clients.
