Why does Cliff Maloney push early and mail-in voting if he hates it?
Cliff Maloney of Citizens Alliance says he doesn't talk to voters who already vote regularly on Election Day, because getting an Election Day voter to switch to voting by mail "doesn't change the delta at all." He says he hates mail-in voting too, but he hates losing elections more.
