Jeff Fargo’s method is to challenge the response instead of lazily asking AI to “do better.” Ask whether it is the best answer it can produce. Ask whether it is giving you the answer with 100% confidence. Or tell it to rigorously grade its own work and defend what it gave you.

That gives the AI a specific job: evaluate the quality of its own response instead of blindly generating another version.

This is a practical way to challenge AI output whether you are using ChatGPT or another large language model for business work.

The point is not to trust AI because it sounds confident. Push it. Make it critique the answer. Make it defend the answer. Then decide whether the output is good enough to use.
