Before you add recurring work or headcount, ask one question: what can AI systematize first?

Jeff Fargo saw a Stewart Title LinkedIn post for a web content writer and used it to make a broader business point: recurring content work may be a candidate for an AI agent built around your company’s voice, audience, customer pain points, and goals.

The useful move is not “use AI everywhere.” It is to look at each recurring task or project and ask what parts can be systematized before you automatically add more manual work.

For business owners, that creates a better decision point: define the work, identify what AI can handle, decide what still requires human judgment, then compare that system with the role or process you were about to add.
